Pie Time participates year round at one of the biggest farmer's markets in Baltimore. You can find us with our mobile espresso cart every Saturday at the 32nd St Waverly Market from 7am to noon.
Mobile Espresso Cart
The Pie Time espresso cart is a custom fabricated café on wheels! It is designed to roll off a trailer and serve coffee indoors or out. Built by Nick Ireys Metal Design and Max, with woodwork from Mark Supik wood-turning, our cart cuts a fine form and was owner designed and locally fabricated here in Baltimore.
Our classic lever machine, an Astoria Rapallo that has been converted to propane and 110v, is able to operate on or off grid! With generators and propane together we are able to keep up with busy on demand service, giving our little Rapallo the power of a bigger, newer machine.
