Our Coffee
We Proudly and exclusively serve Little Amps Coffee Roasters coffee, especially their award winning LA3WAY espresso and Dark Star blends for cold brew. We always have single origin offerings from Little Amps for sale in whole beans too!
House-made syrups in a variety of classic and seasonal flavors are always available. Our signature maple brown sugar syrup is always on us!
We use local whole milk only in our lattes. Oat milk is available on request.

The Pie Time espresso cart is a custom fabricated café on wheels! It is designed to roll off a trailer and serve coffee indoors or out. Built by Nick Ireys Metal Design and Max, with woodwork from Mark Supik wood-turning, our cart cuts a fine form and was owner designed and locally fabricated here in Baltimore.
Our classic lever machine, an Astoria Rapallo that has been converted to propane and 110v, is able to operate on or off grid! With generators and propane together we are able to keep up with busy on demand service, giving our little Rapallo the power of a bigger, newer machine.
Find us with the espresso cart at the Waverly Farmers market every Saturday morning!

Not a coffee fan? We've got you covered! In addition to our coffee and espresso, we have a selection of tea and Italian soda for you to choose from. We source our tea locally from Wight Tea Company and make all of our soda syrups in house.

Made to order, we have a rotating selection of syrups available--all made in house with fresh fruit and herbs. Some of our staff favorites include Strawberry Basil, Blueberry Thyme, and Strawberry Rhubarb Vanilla!
