Our menu is constantly changing to keep our flavors fresh and seasonal. The menu below is just a sample of what you might find in our case--follow us on Instagram for (almost) daily updates!
Our pies are generally sold by the slice or in an individual "mini" format. A variety of larger savory pies are always available as take & bakes (frozen)--these make a fantastic (and impressive!) dinner option for last minute guests! Whole sweet pies are generally only available by pre-order; which you can do by filling out THIS FORM.
Traditional Fruit and Fun Dessert Pies
Strawberry Rhubarb (available May - early July)
Spring’s first pie! Fresh strawberries and tart local rhubarb usher in Summertime with this jammy classic.
Cherry Pie (available late June - July)
Sour cherries from Baugher’s Orchards, hand picked by us, turned into a sweet/tart cherry pie
Honey Peach (available late July - September)
Fresh peaches with cinnamon sugar, nutmeg, and touch of honey.
Blueberry Lemon Zest (available July - August)
Local Blueberries, lemon zest, cinnamon sugar.
Old Fashioned Apple (available late August - May)
Thin sliced apples with cinnamon, sugar, and butter pats. Simple. Perfect.
Apple Almond (available late August - May)
Thin sliced apples with cinnamon sugar and a layer of almond paste
Maple Pear (available October)
Local pears lightly sweetened with real dark maple syrup and a touch of cinnamon
Caramel Pumpkin (available October - November)
Fresh roasted pumpkin puree, house-made caramel and cream.
Maple Bourbon Pecan (available October - December)
SugarBush Farms Maple Syrup with Kentucky straight bourbon and vanilla
Oat Slam (available year round)
Seasonal fruit cooked to jammy perfection! Topped with our toasted brown sugar oat crumble (GF, V)

Peanut Butter S’mores Pie (V)
Just like our s’mores pie but with a layer of creamy peanut butter under the fluff! Think a Reese’s stumbled into a campfire… Accidentally vegan, just like Oreos!
Decidedly not a pie but delicious enough to make it into our case anyway! Chef Nick's secret cheesecake recipe served in our brown butter graham crust. Topped with house-made jam featuring seasonal fruit.
Berry Coconut (V)
Fresh berries blended in a decadent coconut-lemon cream. (V)
Fresh lime juice and heavy cream in graham cracker crust.
Lemon Buttermilk Tart
Buttermilk custard with fresh lemon juice and vanilla.
Coconut Key Lime (V)
We put the lime in the coconut. Fresh lime juice blended in coconut cream and served in a coconutty graham crust.
Baltimore Lemon Stick
Fresh lemon curd with peppermint meringue on our brown butter graham crust and topped with crushed Bob's peppermint sticks.

Chicken Pot Pie
Classic Chicken Fricassee, whole roast chicken, mirepoix, herbs, and peas.
Overnight braised brisket, pulled pork, and roast turkey simmered with white beans, tomatoes, and herbs.
Chicken Coq au Vin
Chicken simmered in stock and wine with bacon, shitake mushrooms, and sweet roasted carrots.
Pork Chili Verde
Pork shoulder with roasted tomatillos and poblano peppers slow braised and finished with corn, black beans, and cilantro.
Beef, Bacon, and Beer Pie
Beer braised top round with bacon, roasted carrots, onions, parsnips, and peas.
Palak Paneer (vegetarian)
Spinach sautéed with onion, chili, garlic, ginger, and over 20 spices. Simmered in fresh cream with marinated paneer cheese cubes.
Italian Chickpea and Kale (vegan)
Chickpeas and sauteed garlic kale in stewed tomatoes with roasted red bell pepper, candied carrots, rosemary and basil
Black Bean Chili (vegan)
Black beans, roasted tomatillo and poblano puree, spicy roasted veggies, and cilantro.

Made fresh every Saturday morning! Available as day olds on Sunday until we sell out. Cinnamon sugar, Sea Salt, Asiago Old Bay, and Everything!
Available on Saturday and Sunday mornings starting at 9am! Made to order on your choice of bagel or biscuit. Eggs scrambled or fried, with cheddar cheese and your choice of house-made pork breakfast sausage or chipotle chicken sausage.

Available on Sunday mornings! Sausage gravy made with our pork breakfast sausage served over a freshly baked buttermilk biscuit.

Haven't you always wanted a chocolate chip cookie as big as your face? Catch these by luck (or by following your nose)!

Available during Peach season. A summertime classic!
Available on special occasions throughout the year. Cider donuts available in the Fall.
